These terms apply to consumer purchases made directly from whispworld.com. They explain how orders, payment, delivery and product issues are handled.
Purchases made by businesses buying Snibboo products for resale are covered by our separate Wholesale Partnership Terms & Conditions and Wholesale Returns Policy.

Nothing in these terms limits a statutory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.

Each product page describes the Snibboo character and, where relevant, its size, materials, included accessories, care instructions, age suitability and warnings. Please check the details for the specific toy before purchasing, particularly when choosing a gift for a baby or child.
Product photographs are intended to represent the toy accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen. Minor variations in plush pile, stitching or shape may also occur during manufacture. These variations do not excuse a product being faulty, unsafe or materially different from its description.
Props shown in photographs are included only if the product description says so. A dust bag or other accessory described as included will be supplied as stated.
Follow the care instructions supplied with your toy. Do not machine wash or tumble dry it unless its care label permits this. Incorrect care may cause damage, but does not automatically remove your rights concerning a genuine manufacturing fault.
Age guidance and warnings apply to the specific product. Do not assume every Snibboo character is suitable for the same age group.
Remove delivery packaging and any components identified as unsuitable for children before giving a toy to a child. Unless expressly described and assessed as a toy, a Snibboo dust bag is packaging or storage material. Keep it away from babies and young children where it could present a hazard.
If a seam opens, filling becomes exposed or an attachment becomes loose, stop using the toy if this could present a safety risk and contact us.
Please check your basket, delivery details, contact information and total before submitting your order. The checkout will show the products, applicable taxes, delivery charges and total payable before you commit to purchase.
An automated acknowledgement confirms that we received your order. We accept an order when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless we confirm acceptance earlier in writing. A contract is formed at that point for the products accepted.
If we cannot accept an order, we will let you know and refund any payment taken for the unaccepted products without undue delay. This may happen if an item is unavailable, we cannot deliver to the destination or there is an unresolved payment problem.
If we identify a genuine pricing error before accepting your order, we will explain the correct price and give you the choice to proceed or cancel. We will not automatically charge a higher amount without your agreement.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable VAT where chargeable. Any delivery charges or other applicable costs will be shown before checkout is completed.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. We will not add optional products or services without your express agreement.
Promotional prices apply according to the conditions shown before purchase. Refunds are ordinarily based on the amount actually paid, subject to your statutory rights.
We provide free delivery across the UK. Website orders are usually dispatched from the UK within 1–2 working days. This is our usual dispatch time, not the delivery time. Pre-orders are dispatched according to the date or estimate shown on the product page.
We usually use Royal Mail Tracked 48. For locations Royal Mail cannot reach, we may use another delivery company. Delivery times begin after dispatch and vary by destination. Our Delivery Policy explains tracking and delivery problems.
Unless we agree a different delivery period, we will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being made.
Where we arrange the carrier, responsibility for loss or damage remains with us until you, or someone you identify to receive the order, takes physical possession of it.
Contact hello@whispworld.com as soon as possible if you want to cancel or change an order. We will try to stop or amend it before dispatch, but cannot guarantee this once it enters the fulfilment process.
For most online purchases, you have 14 days after receiving the goods to notify us that you wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to send them back. Our Returns Policy explains the process and how refunds work.
An ordinary plush toy is not excluded from cancellation simply because its packaging has been opened. We will identify any genuine legal exception before purchase where required.
Products must meet applicable legal requirements, including being of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
If a product arrives damaged, is faulty, differs from its description or is not what you ordered, contact us. Your rights concerning faults are separate from change-of-mind cancellation rights.

You may check out as a guest. Creating an account is optional and may help you view orders or manage saved details.
Creating an account does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. Keep your login details secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.
You may ask us to close your account. We may still need to retain certain transaction information for accounting, legal, dispute-handling or product safety purposes.
Reviews should reflect genuine experiences. We may moderate unlawful material, spam, abusive content or unnecessary personal information. We will not present fabricated reviews as genuine.
Tagging Snibboo or sending us a photograph does not automatically give us unlimited permission to use that content in advertising. We will seek appropriate permission or rely on another lawful basis where required.
Snibboo names, character designs, stories, photographs and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.
Buying a toy does not grant permission to reproduce its design, copy our marketing materials or use our branding to suggest an official partnership. This does not prevent lawful resale or another use permitted by law.
We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Email hello@whispworld.com with your order number, details of the issue and the resolution you are seeking. We will investigate and explain our response.
Where required, we will provide information about an appropriate approved alternative dispute resolution provider and explain whether we are obliged or willing to participate.
These terms are governed by Scots law, subject to mandatory protections available under applicable law. This does not prevent consumers from bringing proceedings in a court available to them under applicable jurisdiction rules.
Changes apply to future orders. The version supplied for an accepted order continues to apply to that order unless a lawful change is agreed.
An update does not retrospectively remove statutory rights or benefits already promised.
